Directions

Paraiso Del Mar is accessible from a 7-minute boat ride out of Marina Cortez. The boat leaves from Marina Cortez to our dock on the hour and the half-hour. Walk past Anzuela (restaurant) at Marina Cortez and see the gate with the gangway - that's where the boat will pull up. The boat is called The Willard - when you see it pull up just walk to the gate so they will let you on. In the other direction, it leaves from our dock at :15 minutes and :45 after the hour. Tell the captain of the boat you are guests for villa D404.

Marina Cortez parking lot is a pay parking lot so you can park there or you can pull in and drop off your luggage and guests and then find street parking which is free. Up one street from the 4 way stop at the Marina is a restaurant called Rancho Viejo. If you park anywhere on that street it's free. It is also free by the car wash (before the 4 way stop) or to the left in the angled spots (after the 4 way stop). Just drive around - you will find something.

It's a short boat ride, only about 7 minutes from Marina Cortez, to the dock at Paraiso Del Mar. The captain will help you with your bags - look for dolphins,  harbor seals, and turtles on the ride over. When you arrive at the dock to our community there is a shuttle that will take you to the condo. Just tell the driver you are staying in D404.
